This is to inform our valued clients of the following information:
- For orders that include designer items, once the purchased merchandise has been handed for shipping to the courier company and a tracking number has been provided for the package, Martin Logistics will not be held liable for the safety of the goods. Upon payment through check out, the customers will be responsible for all the risks that the designer items might experience throughout the shipping process. This include but not limited to products being lost, mishandled, or seized by customs inspections.
- As for the rest of our available items, Martin Logistics will compensate you with a 20% discount for your next order; provided it is of the same category and same price of your previous order.
- SIZE—All of our available footwear items follow the standard Euro sizing. Once your order has been confirmed and received, Martin Logistics will not take any form of responsibility for all issues regarding the sizing of our item/s. In case you really need to change the size of your purchased item, please mail the wrong size goods to our address at your own cost.
Note: The customer will have to pay the total amount of shipping fee for the right size of the item/s from the factory.
- QUALITY—All of our available items are produced with quality that is reasonable for the prices that the customer has paid. Cancellation of orders may be allowed, given that terms and conditions are applied, according to the existing policy of Martin Logistics. Our customers also have the choice to upgrade the quality of the products they purchase to either ORIGINAL or AUTHENTIC QUALITY. However, they have to pay the total amount needed to upgrade the product quality before the shipment of products has been confirmed by Martin Logistics. Furthermore, once all orders have been confirmed by the customer, Martin Logistics will not be held liable in any way for mistakes that may occur unless it was proven to be company negligence.
